Small description of the project – The Parkland Building is a 20-story high-rise commercial development situated in the prime business district of Colombo. Purpose-built to accommodate corporate offices, the building features modern architectural design, premium-grade finishes, and advanced building infrastructure to support a high-performance work environment.
Our consultancy scope for this project covered the complete design and supervision of Electrical and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems, including a fully integrated Building Management System (BMS). The electrical systems included power distribution, energy-efficient lighting, earthing, and lightning protection. The ELV scope comprised structured cabling, CCTV surveillance, access control, public address systems, and the integration of BMS for centralized monitoring and control of building services—enhancing operational efficiency and tenant comfort.
