SPAR Wattala is a modern retail supermarket developed under SPAR Sri Lanka, a joint venture between Ceylon Biscuits Limited and SPAR South Africa. Situated on Negombo Road, this store offers a wide range of groceries, fresh produce, and household essentials, aiming to provide a high-quality shopping experience to the local community.
As the MEP design consultant, our scope encompassed the comprehensive planning and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This included energy-efficient HVAC solutions, LED lighting, water-saving fixtures, and sustainable waste management systems, aligning with SPAR’s commitment to environmental responsibility and operational efficiency.
