The MEP scope for Basilur Tea at One Galle Face Mall included integration with the mall’s central HVAC system via pre-installed AHUs, with customized ductwork and grille layouts to suit the shop’s interior. Electrical works involved dedicated power distribution, LED lighting, and emergency lighting systems, fully coordinated with the mall’s infrastructure. Plumbing installations included water supply and drainage connections for the pantry area, tied into the mall’s main risers. All installations complied with the mall’s MEP standards and fit-out guidelines.
