Anantaya Resort & Spa Passikudah is a luxury beachfront property developed by LAUGFS Leisure, located on the unspoiled eastern coast of Sri Lanka. Designed to provide a world-class hospitality experience, the resort features elegant guest rooms, fine dining, a spa, and recreational facilities.
Our consultancy scope for this project encompassed the complete design and supervision of Electrical, ELV (Extra Low Voltage), and Fire Protection systems. The work included efficient power distribution, lighting, earthing, and lightning protection systems. The ELV scope covered structured cabling, CCTV, public address, and access control systems, while the fire systems included detection, alarm, and suppression systems, all designed in compliance with international safety standards
