Project Description
MEP services for ME Colombo included split-type air conditioning systems for guest rooms and public areas, ensuring efficient and independent cooling. Electrical systems covered complete power distribution, lighting, emergency systems, and generator backup. Plumbing installations included hot and cold water supply, drainage, and water heating for guest rooms, kitchens, and service areas. The fire protection system comprised a combination of automatic sprinkler systems, smoke detectors, alarm panels, and a wet riser hydrant system, all in compliance with local fire safety regulations. All MEP systems were designed and executed to support hotel functionality and enhance guest comfort.
