Project Description
This cleverly designed building sporting sleek architecture and extensive facilities was constructed to meet the international guidelines and standards specified by Mercedes Benz International. 15,800 square meters in area, the building comprised state-of-the-art facade cooling and shading devices, low emissivity prismatic lighting for maximum utilization of natural daylight, rain water harvesting, grey water reuse and a high tech building maintenance system that controls the central air-conditioning systems, lighting and access control.
