Project Description
The 65-room extension at Goldi Sands Hotel, designed by Lalith Gunadasa Architects, aimed to expand the resort’s capacity with 60 deluxe rooms and 5 junior suites. As the MEP design consultant, our team provided comprehensive Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing solutions, including energy-efficient HVAC systems, power distribution, lighting, ELV systems, water supply, drainage, and fire protection. The design prioritized guest comfort, operational efficiency, and sustainability while ensuring seamless integration with the existing hotel infrastructure. This project enhances the hotel’s beachfront appeal and aligns with modern hospitality standards.
